Equipment Inspection & Appraisal:  notes to include: 

• Manufacturer,

• Model, s/n, hours/miles,

• Attachments,

• Wear items,

• General condition, comments including history when available,

• Digital pictures*...

• Written up and saved to CD, ready for your letterhead to distribute as a file by mail, e-mail, fax or handout.

Digital photo inspection includes the 4 corners, close ups of attachments and wear items, inside compartments and areas in need of repair.

Research on Auction and Retail Sales along with loan, insurance, fair market and replacement values.

Time and Mileage 1st 50 miles of round trip  from Dripping Springs (West of Austin) , TX @ No Charge ... all additional miles @ $1.15/mile.

Cloud Equipment will post any inspected machines on CloudEquipment.com including pictures and descriptions until sold @ No Charge

If Cloud brings buyer to seller a 5% Brokers fee less original inspection fee will be due.

An operator provided by the owner working the equipment/machinery, operating each function.

When available, audio comments will be included on application and maintenance history

Edited Video copy will be titled and dated.  It can be distributed in one of the following formats, DVD, VHS, Digital 8, Compact Disc (CD), internet ready file.  Additional copies can be made available for a nominal fee

Auctions are still an option but consider this:

Your equipment is taken out of service sooner and you end up waiting for your money longer

With Cloud Equipment we establish your asking price and pay less for completing the transaction.
