Mom's & St. Theresa's Rose
This picture is our present from St. Theresa, The Little Flower.
She heard and answered our prayer
that Mom receive some personal flowers for her
first Heavenly birthday. St. Theresa’s trademark is
to also give a Rose to the
person who prays for her intercession. Vicky and I had a Mass intention
for
Mom’s birthday (Sept.30, 2005) and it turned out that the church happened to hand out
Roses for
the upcoming month of October that is dedicated to Mother Mary. We
got this one for Mom. Later
as we headed out to SA to be with the family the
light came through the windshield and inspired me
to take this extraordinary
picture. Before getting to Dad’s we stopped by Mom’s at the mausoleum
and were
able to leave it for her in the new vase Dad just had installed for her. It all
worked out
in God’s perfect way because even though we left the rose for Mom …
Vicky and I still got to keep it
(knowing our prayers were answered) by virtue
of this picture. We want to share it with you. B&VC
